Discovery Process
Each customer engagement begins with our proven Delfigo Discovery Process stage. This process is typically two weeks in duration. During this phase customer stake holders, key contributors, and Delfigo staff work together to define the critical success factors for the deployment. Together we assess the current implementations, requirements and drivers for strong authentication, define at a high level the policies around multi-factor authentication, and identify risk profile for user groups.
Delfigo Discovery Process, in a step-by-step manner defines and documents current architecture, challenges and opportunities, compliance requirements, and the future desired state. The deliverables articulate the proposed implementation architecture, resources required, schedule and tasks dependencies and a first draft Pilot Project Plan.
