During this phase customer stake holders, key contributors, and Delfigo staff work together to define the critical success factors for the deployment. Together we assess the current implementations, requirements and drivers for strong authentication, define high level policies and identify risk profile for user groups.
The step-by-step process defines and documents current architecture, challenges and opportunities, compliance requirements, and the future desired state. The deliverables articulate the proposed implementation architecture, resources required, schedule and tasks dependencies and result in a first draft pilot Plan.
